Al Smith, the original builder of River's Haven Hideaway stayed at River's Haven Hideaway June 2005 Here are his comments: "Hard to imagine it has been 57 years since I built the cabin. I was 25 yrs old and am now 81 yrs old. It does my heart good to see what you have done to the place. It was a real treat to see it in such great shape. I couldn't have had a better Father's Day gift. I had such wonderful times building the cabin and enjoying the sound of the river." |

-- Thank you for hosting a beautiful cabin. We love this place! -- It was great we really enjoyed our stay! -- We enjoyed a perfectly wonderful Thanksgiving week-end at your cabin. It was just what we needed. We would most definately stay there again. We even got a little snow yesterday and our daughter had a blast sledding up at Snow Bunny. Perfect! -- Thanks Patty it was a great weekend, very relaxing and comforting. We'll be telling our friends about it! |
